As a Social Life client, you'll receive access to our coveted Vendor Bible, our exclusive book of vendors with our own personal insights and must-know information. We've done all of the research for you.

We'll review any and all quotes and contracts you receive from vendors to make sure everything is accurate and in line with your timeline, budget, venue requirements, etc.

Thirty to sixty days out, we'll take over all venue and vendor management.

Rest easy knowing the details are handled, with our extensive week-of timeline.

We'll attend both your final venue walkthrough as well as your rehearsal to make sure all final details are in place.

In addition to your kick-off and check-in meetings, we're available for phone, video, or in-person meetings 30-60 days out from your wedding.

Depending on the needs of your wedding, we'll provide the creative direction and designs needed to executive your vision. This includes design boards, layouts, florals, all printed materials, as well as assisting in linens and rental selections.

Our team will be at your venue to set up all decor items.

We'll find the perfect setting and trusted partners to make the details of your wedding come to life. This includes venue research and in-person visits. Once vendors are selected, we'll manage all communications.

Sit back and relax, and let us keep track of all your key dates. We'll create a full timeline starting at 12 months out from your wedding with important dates like deposit due dates to vendors, final menu selections, the last day for bridesmaids dress orders, etc.

We'll track all invoices and estimates to make sure we're following your set budget.

We'll create the vibe of your wedding. Everything from logos and crests, to large-scale floral installations.
